The College of Hospitality & Tourism Management at AUCE is a premier academic institution dedicated to excellence in hospitality education, tourism planning, food service management, and event management. The university operates under an Integrated Credit Hour System that combines theoretical managerial coursework, practical operational simulation laboratories, executive workshops, and immersive industry field placements.
Undergraduate Degree Program (B.Sc. in Hospitality & Tourism Management):
Total Academic Credit Hours: 144 Credit Hours.
Duration of Study: 4 Academic Years (comprising 3 years of academic management coursework and practical lab training followed by 1 full year dedicated to Executive Hospitality Internships and a Senior Management Project).

The College of Hospitality & Tourism Management offers accredited Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees across all major hospitality, travel, and service management disciplines.
Master of Science (M.Sc.) Programs
Focused on executive strategic management, hospitality asset development, and advanced tourism research.
Duration of Study: 2 Academic Years.
Total Credit Hours: 45 Credit Hours (comprising advanced executive modules, corporate field projects, and a master’s thesis defense).
